Classic Beef Shawarma & Fries Platter
1. 8 oz of Egea Food Sliced Beef Shawarma
2. 3 oz of your favorite french fries
3. Your choice of Sauce
Starting off with the french fries: Please choose your preferred method of cooking the fries, such as using an air fryer, an oven, microwave, or stove top. We like to use avocado oil set to 375 degrees, cooking the fries for 3-4 minutes or until light golden brown and season immediately with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Let rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Second step is to cook the sliced Beef Shawarma using your preferred method, such as: Microwave, stove top, grill or oven. We recommend cooking the Beef shawarma on medium high heat on a stove top for 3-4 minutes or until your desired tenderness has been reached.
Final Step: Taking a medium to large plate, place the beef shawarma on one side and the french fries on the other. Serve with your choice of sauce like Spicy Harissa, Sweet fig dip, or an olive aioli.
