Beef Doner Wrap


1. 6 oz of Egea Food Beef Doner Kebab
2. Lavash Bread (Pita or tortilla are suitable options)
3. Turkish Red sauce or Greek tzatziki white sauce
4. Fresh chopped tomatoes
5.Pickles (optional)
6. Red Onion (optional)
7. Spring Mix or Iceberg lettuce sliced thin


Start with your choice of Lavash bread, Pita, or Tortilla wrap. Lay it down flat and add in your choice of spring mix or shredded iceberg lettuce. Then on a medium high pan or your choice of a microwave, oven or grill cook the Egea Food Beef Doner Kebab for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before applying to wrap. Final step is to add the Beef Doner Kebab into the wrap with the Cherry tomatoes, red onions, pickles and your favorite sauce. We prefer a traditional sauce like Taziki or a Turkish red sauce but you can choose a honey mustard drizzle as well 🙂
