Here is how to prepare your Doner to stay consistent and safe after we deliver it.
Your Doner Kebab is shipped completely frozen in cold trucks. When you’re ready to serve, you’ll need to defrost the meat. Place the Doner Kebab, Shawarma, and/or Gyro under running water or in a prefilled container 45 minutes prior to cooking.
With a sharp knife cut the plastic wrap. Do not use more pressure than needed. Do not puncture the meat. Make small sharp strokes, peeling the plastic one layer at a time. Once plastic wrap has been removed, double check the top, middle, and bottom of the cone for any unpeeled areas. Insert the pole into the aluminum core.
Take one final look at the Doner Kebab, Shawarma, and or Gyro cone and confirm that all plastic has been removed. After the Doner Kebab, Shawarma, and or Gyro cone has been thoroughly inspected insert the Beef or Chicken Product into the Vertical Rotisserie. Turn on the heat and wait until your preferred tenderness is done.
